Request Access
To request access to the customer APIs, please email ecommerce@ralawise.com and advise which login should be given API access permissions.
Ralawise will provide you with access to both the test API (api.ralawise.com/test) and the live API (api.ralawise.com). We strongly recommend that you follow the following procedure:
- Test call the inventory API and place orders in the test environment (api.ralawise.com/test). This will ensure that you have structured the API GET/POST requests correctly. Ralawise can advise if the orders have been successfully placed. Simply email ecommerce@ralawise.com for confirmation.
- Test call the inventory API and place test orders in the live environment (api.ralawise.com). Please ensure that any test orders placed through the live API use an order reference of *DONOTKEY*, otherwise they will be imported into our live systems and despatched. You can view live API orders through the order history page on shop.ralawise.com.
- Once you have verified any test orders, you can remove *DONOTKEY* from the order reference field and begin placing live orders. These will be imported into our systems and despatched as normal. You can view live API orders through the order history page at shop.ralawise.com.
FAQ
How do I access product data and pricing via the API?
We do not currently offer product or pricing APIs. To access product data and pricing, please download the latest .csv ‘FULL’ data file from Complete (ralawise.com). This data is updated daily and contains all products, images and prices.
How do I access all Ralawise inventory figures in a single API call?
The inventory API only allows you to call inventory figures for a specific style, colour or size. Alternatively, we can provide an hourly capped inventory feed for all products via an FTP server. If this is of interest, please email datarequests@ralawise.com with your account number and requirements and we will advise further.
Can I share access to the customer API with third parties?
The customer APIs are strictly for use by Ralawise account holders only. For further information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
